The receptionists were excellent - very polite and smiley, possibly the best we've come across on our travels. The hotel's location was fantastic - just a short walk to the city center and to a restaurant down the street. It was also within walking distance from the train station, making it convenient for us to visit other nearby places. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the breakfast buffet provided ample options, including gluten-free rolls upon request.

I liked every detail here, including location and staff, that were good. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Fast check-out was useful. It was fine time in Bruges.

Enjoyed this hotel, had 3 amazing days here. The staff was kind and incredible, the breakfast offered was sensational with plenty of food. A safe box, a mini bar and a sofa bed inside the standard queen room were handy. Amazing and pleasant location, within walking distance of a slick museum.

The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being within a short distance of all the major attractions in Bruges. The receptionist provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. The WiFi was efficient and the option for upgraded streaming was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend Novotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bruges.
